  Online Registration  
   
 
Sun Atlantic will custom design an online registration site according to your specific needs. We can establish and host a secure web site to accept on-line advance registrations including credit card payments. Links would be provided to your home site. On-line registrations will be automatically issued complete confirmations including events session and payment information. Our Web Features include; quick set up and web site updating, web-based On-line Registration with credit card cashiering, date sensitive rate change, auto receipting/confirmation by immediate return email.
  Advance Registration Processing and Badge Production
   
 
Sun Atlantic will process and badge all advance registrations received at our office as well as print and encode badges from your advance registration files. We automatically check for duplicate entries to avoid wasted time and materials. You choose to have us return completed badges to you, mail them out or retain all badges in computer memory for printing out on-site.
  Pre-Registration Reporting  
   
 
We will provide weekly and cumulative registration lists either hard copy or electronically. This will include complete statistical reports summarizing all demographic and financial data compiled from the advance registrations.
  On-Site Registration Services
  
   
  On-site registrants are processed and given badges via our own computer systems. We provide all necessary equipment. Staff is provided as required to service your registration needs. Our on-site services include: Training and direct supervision of your temporary staff, immediate replacement of ‘lost’ badges without duplication, daily registration lists and statistical reports, other
lists and statistical reports by demographic or other specialized criteria, as required by you. Our on-site computer system will be custom designed to meet your registration needs.
