  2. How long can I rent equipment for?
 
Flexibility is a top priority when renting on a short-term or a long-term basis. You can rent equipment for any period you choose. Our rental periods include by the day, week, or month, for up to a 36-month lease period.

  Our office is open 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

  4. Do you provide technical support?
  Yes. Our Technical Support Department is available 24/7/365 to address any equipment or software issues you may encounter.

  5. What forms of payment do you require for equipment rentals?
 
We offer a variety of payment options. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, company check, and net terms for corporate and government accounts. All rentals, however, require an advance payment by credit card or company check. Other payment options are available on a case-by-case basis.   6. What if the equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen during the rental period?
  It is the client’s responsibility to return the equipment in the condition in which it was rented.

  7. Do you rent equipment to individuals for private use?
 
Yes. However, an advance security deposit is required to cover loss or theft of the equipment. Once the equipment is returned, the deposit, minus the rental fee is returned to the client.

  8. What is your policy regarding rental extensions?
 
Your company’s equipment needs may change from day to day. If equipment is needed after the designated rental period, an additional rental fee will be prorated based on when the equipment is returned.

  9. Can you deliver outside normal business hours and on weekends?
 
Yes. In accordance with our 24/7/365 service and support policy, we can deliver outside our normal business hours and on weekends. Contact a Sun Atlantic sales representative for more information on making arrangements and any charges that may apply.

No. Every computer returned to A.S.C.R. is formatted and reimaged with a new operating system.

Yes. We have the ability to hook multiple computers to one printer depending on the layout of your office.

  1. Is the equipment for sale new or used?
 
Sun Atlantic sells new, previously rented, and manufacturer refurbished equipment. We are an Authorized Reseller of Apple, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, InFocus, Mitsubishi, NEC, Toshiba and a number of other brands.

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
 
We offer a variety of payment options. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or PayPal (for more information regarding payment via PayPal, contact jkgriffin@sunatlantic.com). We also accept company checks or money orders.

  3. Can I pick up the equipment at your warehouse?
 
Yes, items are available for pick up between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Simply call ahead 24-48 business hours prior to pick up, to ensure that your order is properly processed and your equipment thoroughly checked and ready for use.

  4. Do you ship outside the United States? Can I still use my credit card for international shipments?
 
We value and welcome our international customers. We will ship outside the continental United States, however, all international shipments must be paid by wire transfer of funds. No credit cards will be accepted for international shipments.

  5. Do you offer reduced costs for shipping multiple items?
 
While we base our shipping costs on the destination of the equipment, there may be reduced shipping costs for multiple small item purchases.

  6. Is there a warranty on the equipment purchased?
 
Manufacturer warranties on purchased equipment are generally transferable. Each piece of equipment sold comes with Sun Atlantic’s 30- day warranty to ensure that the equipment is in good working order upon purchase.
