 Our History... |
||
Sun
Atlantic
was founded in 1987 by Russell Kacir as an information technology
company providing computer rentals, sales, and related technical
support to clients in the Central Florida area. During its first
two years of operation, Sun Atlantic established
agreements with leading names in the industry such as Compaq, Hewlett
Packard, Apple, and Toshiba. The company cut out a niche
in the short-term computer rental market by providing computers
for classroom training, marketing presentations, convention displays,
project work, and various other applications. |

| A Driving Force in Business Success...

In
1994, annual sales surpassed the one million dollar mark and have
since continued to grow at a steady pace. Two years later, the product
line was expanded to include presentation products such as data
projectors, large display monitors, and other audio-visual equipment.
The commercial rental department was established to service other
rental companies across the country. In 1998, Sun Atlantic began offering file servers and related hardware to our clients needing servers for Internet hosting, networking, data warehousing, email, and communication. The technical services department was expanded to allow for the preparation and custom configuration of these systems. The following year, a national accounts department was established to work with clients needing rental equipment and technical support throughout the United States and Canada. The years 2001 and 2002 saw not only the division of the sales department into four operating areas, but also the expansion of the warehouse and technical staff, as well as the introduction of full size business copiers to the product line. |

We
recently launched 123GoSurf.com,
an Internet access gateway for the Hospitality Industry. This service
allows guests to access the Internet for a fee and use their own
computer or equipment provided by Sun Atlantic. Participating hotels
and resorts are equipped with high-speed and wiredaccess throughout
the entire property. Guests can access the Internet in their room,
hotel lounge, meeting rooms, business center and other public areas.
